One of the advantages of leading a simple life is the amount of pleasure I'm able to derive from rather unextraordinary events. For example, on Friday afternoon, after randomly perusing my cousin's blog, I decided to do some blog name availability searches and, to my pleasant (YES! YES! YES!) surprise, the non-native English speaker who had usurped quinky.blogspot.com since the early 2000s had finally relinquished the blog bearing my coveted nickname! And so begins my very own blog at its proper Blogger home! Thus, I say to you, non-native-English-speaking former owner of the Quinky blog, in Geggy Tah fashion, all I wanna do is to thank you, even though I don't know who you are. :)
